The Siemens 5SJ6302-7 is a 3-pole SENTRON miniature circuit breaker with a C-curve trip characteristic, rated 2 A at 400 V AC and a 6 kA breaking capacity per both EN 60898 and IEC 60947-2. The C-curve (5–10× In) means it tolerates moderate inrush without nuisance tripping — suited for motor-starter control circuits, contactor coils, or small transformer primaries where the start-up surge exceeds a B-curve's threshold.
DIN-rail footprint and wiring limits
Three width units (approx. 52.5 mm) on a standard DIN rail, 70 mm installation depth. IP20 with connected conductors; mount in any orientation. The 70 mm depth fits flush in most distribution boards without a protruding cover.
Ambient temperature range -20 to +45 °C operating, -40 to +75 °C storage. Vibration resistance tested to 50 m/s² at 25–150 Hz and 60 m/s² at 10–150 Hz per IEC 60068-2-6. Rated for 20 000 mechanical switching cycles typical.
