The Siemens SENTRON 5SJ6320-7 is a 3-pole miniature circuit breaker from the 5SJ6 series, rated 20 A at 400 V AC with a C-curve tripping characteristic.

The C-curve trips at 5 to 10 times rated current (100–200 A magnetic trip), so it handles the starting surge of a 7.5 kW motor or a bank of fluorescent fittings without nuisance trips. For DC circuits, the maximum rated voltage is 60 V, which limits its use to low-voltage DC control circuits or battery-backed loads. Pollution degree 2 (non-conductive dust, occasional condensation) covers typical industrial and commercial environments.

Touch protection is integrated on the line-side terminals. Energy limiting class 3 provides moderate current limitation during a short circuit, reducing let-through energy to downstream equipment.
