The 1P+N configuration switches the phase and the neutral, with neutral conductor switching built in. That's useful where you need to isolate both poles for maintenance or where local codes require switched neutral on the final circuit. DC rating is 72 V maximum — fine for control-circuit isolation on a 48 V or 60 V DC bus, but not for a 110 V DC string.
