It's built for residential and infrastructure branch-circuit protection — think lighting, socket outlets, and general-purpose loads in a distribution board.
Occupies a single 18 mm width unit on DIN rail, 90 mm tall, 76 mm deep — standard 1-pole MCB footprint. Terminals accept solid or stranded copper from 0.75 mm² up to 25 mm², with a tightening torque of 2.5 to 3 N·m. Rated IP20 with conductors connected — standard for enclosed distribution boards.
That covers most indoor panel environments; if your install sees sustained temperatures above 45 °C, you'll need to derate per the thermal curve or move to a higher-rated MCB.
