The Siemens SENTRON 5SL3004-7 is a 1P+N miniature circuit breaker (MCB) with a C-curve trip characteristic, rated 230 V AC and 60 V DC, with a 4.5 kA breaking capacity per IEC/EN60898-1 and GB/T10963.1.
The 4.5 kA breaking capacity at 230 V AC is sufficient for most domestic and light commercial service entrances where the prospective short-circuit current stays under that threshold; for higher fault levels you'd step up to the 5SY series with 6 kA or 10 kA ratings. Neutral conductor switching (1P+N) isolates both phase and neutral on a fault, which is required in some national wiring regulations and preferred for circuits where downstream equipment must be fully disconnected.
