The Siemens 5SL3604-7 is a SENTRON 5SL miniature circuit breaker — 4 A rated current, C-curve trip characteristic, 4.5 kA breaking capacity per both EN 60898 and IEC 60947-2. Four poles (3P+N) with neutral switching built in, so it lands in a 4-module DIN-rail slot. Rated for 400 V AC three-phase, with a multi-phase maximum of 440 V AC.
The 4 A rating on a C-curve gives a magnetic trip threshold around 40–80 A (5–10× In), so it won't nuisance-trip on a 1.5 kW motor start or a row of LED drivers. Terminal torque spec is 2.5–3 N·m; strip length for the 0.75–25 mm² solid or stranded conductor is what you'd expect for a 4-pole MCB — no surprises on the screw terminals.
Four width units (72 mm wide) — standard footprint for a 4-pole MCB. Sealable with a lead seal if the installation requires tamper evidence.
