The 4.5 kA breaking capacity per EN 60898 (also 4.5 kA per IEC 60947-2) tells you it can safely interrupt a fault current up to that level without upstream damage — adequate for most residential and commercial service-entrance panels where the prospective short-circuit current stays under that threshold. At 40 °C the continuous rating derates to 47.5 A; at 45 °C it drops to 46 A — so if your enclosure runs warm, size the upstream protection accordingly.
Integration — panel fit and mounting
Mounting position any, which simplifies panel layout. Sealable, halogen-free, silicon-free — relevant if the panel spec calls for low-smoke, zero-halogen materials.
