The Siemens SENTRON 5SL4116-6CC is a 1-pole miniature circuit breaker rated 16 A with B-curve tripping and a 10 kA breaking capacity per EN 60898.
The 10 kA breaking capacity (per EN 60898) tells you the MCB can safely interrupt a fault current up to 10 kA at 230/400 V AC without welding or rupturing; that is standard for residential sub-distribution but check your available fault current if the panel sits close to a large transformer. Single-pole switching (1P) means it breaks only the phase conductor — neutral is continuous through the busbar. The 18 mm width (1 MWU) lets you pack 12 of these into a 12-way board or leave space for RCBOs and contactors.
