The Siemens 5SL6025-7MC is a SENTRON 5SL6 COM miniature circuit breaker in a 1P+N pole configuration, rated 25 A at 30 °C. It integrates an ammeter, voltmeter, wattmeter, frequency meter, and reactive power meter into the same 18 mm wide housing — that's a full panel instrument cluster in one DIN-rail slot, saving rail space and wiring time on distribution boards where load monitoring is required alongside overcurrent protection.
The 25 A rating at 30 °C is the thermal-magnetic trip threshold for resistive and motor-start loads. At elevated panel temperatures the breaker derates: 22.82 A at 40 °C, 21.65 A at 45 °C, 19.09 A at 50 °C, and 20.41 A at 55 °C. The metering range spans 0.04 A initial value to 66 A full-scale, covering the breaker's own rated current plus headroom for overload monitoring. The built-in instruments report current, voltage, real power, frequency, and reactive power — enough data for a sub-metering point without a separate energy meter. Front face carries IP40 protection (tools and wires kept out), rear side is IP20.
Depth is 76 mm, width 18 mm (one pole width), height 90 mm. Installation depth is 70 mm — the extra 6 mm accounts for the front-protruding toggle and sealable cover. The sealable feature lets the panel builder lock the breaker in the ON or OFF position for lockout/tagout compliance.
