Thermal derating and service life
Rated 1 A at 30 °C ambient. Derates to 0.95 A at 40 °C, 0.92 A at 45 °C, and 0.87 A at 55 °C. That's the continuous current it can carry without nuisance tripping at elevated panel temperatures. Mechanical service life typical 10 000 operating cycles — fine for normal switching duty, not for frequent on-off cycling as a disconnect. Energy limitation class 3, meaning it limits let-through energy well enough for most downstream equipment protection.
