The Siemens 5SL6306-7CC is a SENTRON miniature circuit breaker — 3-pole, C-curve, rated 6 A at 400 V AC, with a 6 kA breaking capacity per EN 60898.
The 6 A rating at 30 °C is the baseline; at 40 °C it derates to 5.66 A, at 50 °C to 5.29 A, and at 55 °C to 5.1 A. The C-curve (tripping characteristic class C) means magnetic trip occurs at 5–10× In — so for a 6 A breaker, instantaneous trip starts between 30 A and 60 A. That's a good match for circuits with moderate inrush: small motors, capacitor banks, or groups of LED drivers. The 3-pole design (3P) switches all three phases simultaneously; neutral is not switched, so it's a straightforward fit for 3-phase 4-wire panels where neutral is bused.
Mechanical and environmental notes
It mounts in any position — no orientation restriction. Touch protection is built in (finger-safe terminals with connected conductors).
