The permissible let-through energy (I²t) is 70 000 A²s, and the surge-current withstand is rated at 1 kA (8/20 µs waveform typical). Derate the current rating above 40 °C: at 45 °C it still holds 25 A, then drops to 23.5 A at 50 °C, 22 A at 55 °C, 20.5 A at 60 °C, 19 A at 65 °C, and 17.5 A at 70 °C. Silicon-free construction is noted for applications where outgassing is a concern.
