The Siemens 5SM3348-6 is a SENTRON residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), 4-pole, type A, rated 100 A with 30 mA sensitivity at 400 V AC. It's an instantaneous-trip device — no intentional delay — so it clears ground faults as fast as the waveform allows. The 10 kA short-circuit current rating (SCCR) means it can safely interrupt a fault up to that level without welding contacts or cascading damage upstream.

Snaps onto standard DIN rail (REG). Occupies 4 modular width units (72 mm wide). Depth is 77 mm, installation depth 70 mm. Mounting position is unrestricted — any orientation works. IP20 with the distribution board installed and conductors connected; that's typical for enclosed panel gear, not for open-bay exposure.
