The selective design means it coordinates with downstream RCCBs — only the faulted branch trips, keeping the rest of the panel live.
The 63 A rating at 40 °C and 45 °C (full rating) drops to 60.48 A at 50 °C, 57.96 A at 55 °C, and continues derating to 50.4 A at 70 °C. The selective (S-type) characteristic adds a deliberate time delay, so it coordinates with downstream 30 mA RCCBs: a fault downstream trips the local device, not this main RCCB. That's standard for most commercial distribution boards, but if your available fault current is higher, you'll need an upstream fuse or breaker to limit it.
Deployment context
