Single-pole C-curve MCB for branch-circuit protection
At 30 °C ambient the breaker carries its full 10 A rating, but the thermal element derates linearly: 9.25 A at 40 °C, 8.7 A at 50 °C, and 8 A at 60 °C. When populating a DIN-rail enclosure, account for the 1 MW (18 mm per pole) footprint and the 55 mm installation depth — the 5SQ series shares the same depth as the broader SENTRON family, so it lines up with adjacent busbars and terminal blocks. The IP20 finger-safe housing is standard for enclosed panels; no special washdown rating needed.
