RCBO, C-curve, 16 A — panel fit and protection coordination
Breaking capacity is rated 4.5 kA per EN 60898 (the domestic-standard curve) and 15 kA per IEC 60947-2 (the industrial-standard). At 4.5 kA it also covers the residential final-circuit requirement. Supply cord can enter from top or bottom — no forced busbar orientation on this design. Mounting position is any, so vertical or horizontal panel layouts work equally.
Temperature derating — real-world current capacity
At 40 °C it derates to 15.2 A; at 50 °C to 14.4 A; at 60 °C to 13.6 A; and at 70 °C to 12.32 A.
DIN-rail footprint and mounting
Two modular-width units (36 mm wide) on standard DIN rail. Depth is 77 mm, installation depth 70 mm. Height 90 mm. The 1P+N construction means the neutral pole is switched internally — no separate neutral bar needed downstream, which saves a terminal position in the distribution board. IP20 rating applies when installed in a distribution board with connected conductors. That's normal for enclosed panels; no special washdown or outdoor sealing on this unit.
