The Type A sensitivity catches pulsating DC fault currents common in electronics-heavy circuits — think VFDs, switching power supplies, or LED drivers where a pure AC-sensitive device might miss the leakage.
Full 25 A at 30 °C ambient; derate progressively to 18.25 A at 70 °C. The thermal curve is published stepwise (23.5 A at 40 °C, 22.75 A at 45 °C, 21.75 A at 50 °C, 20.25 A at 55 °C and 60 °C, 19.25 A at 65 °C). If the panel interior runs hot — say, a packed enclosure near a drive — size the load to the 55 °C figure (20.25 A) rather than the 30 °C headline.
Mounting position is unrestricted; install depth is 70 mm plus the 77 mm overall depth.
Listed as current production — no phase-out notice on record. No official successor has been issued because this part remains the active design.
