It protects a 1P+N circuit at 6 A rated current (at 30 °C) with a B-curve tripping characteristic, meaning it will trip at 3–5 times rated current for fast short-circuit response on resistive or light inductive loads.
Rated IP20 with conductors connected and distribution board installed. Ambient temperature range -40 °C to 75 °C, but the current must be derated above 30 °C — at 40 °C it carries 5.7 A, at 50 °C 5.4 A, at 60 °C 5.1 A, and at 70 °C 4.62 A. Halogen-free and silicon-free construction.

Overvoltage category III, pollution degree 2, insulation voltage 264 V, surge voltage resistance 4 kV. Energy limitation class 3. The RCBO is instantaneous type (no intentional delay). For selectivity studies, the 25 kA rating under IEC 60947-2 gives better fault-clearing capability than the 6 kA EN 60898 rating — useful when coordinating with upstream breakers in a high-fault panel.
