The Siemens 5SU1356-7GV16 is a SENTRON RCBO combining overcurrent and residual current protection in a 2-module (36 mm) wide package.
The C-curve trips magnetically at 5–10× In, so a 16 A unit holds through a motor start surge that a B-curve would catch. Type A residual detects pulsating DC superimposed on AC — covers variable-speed drives, LED drivers, and UPS-fed circuits where pure AC-sensitive (Type AC) devices may blind. The 1P+N pole configuration switches the line conductor only; the neutral is switched internally for isolation but not protected against overcurrent.
