The Siemens SENTRON 5SV3347-6LB01 is a 4-pole residual current operated circuit breaker (RCCB), type A, with a short-time delayed switching function. It is rated at 80 A operational current at 400 V AC, with a 30 mA tripping fault current and a short-circuit current rating of 10 kA. The 30 mA sensitivity and type A residual current detection mean it catches sinusoidal AC faults and pulsating DC faults up to 6 mA smooth DC — the standard choice for circuits with single-phase rectifiers, switching power supplies, or variable-speed drives downstream. The short-time delayed characteristic (0.3–0.5 s typical) provides selectivity against instantaneous RCCBs upstream, so a downstream fault clears without tripping the main board's RCD.
Panel integration and mounting
Snaps onto DIN rail (REG) and occupies 4 modular width units (72 mm wide). Mounting position is any, so it fits vertical or horizontal DIN rails in distribution boards. Depth is 70 mm, matching the standard installation depth for SENTRON modular devices. IP20 protection applies only when the distribution board is installed with connected conductors.
