The 300 mA trip threshold makes this a selective (time-delayed) RCCB — it coordinates with downstream 30 mA devices so that only the faulted branch trips, keeping the rest of the panel live. Type F detection handles mixed-frequency residual currents from variable-speed drives and single-phase rectifiers, which a standard Type A would miss.
