RCCB for 24-125 VAC control circuits
Rated 16 A continuous current with a 30 mA trip sensitivity, it covers standard personnel and property protection in circuits fed from 24 to 125 VAC supplies — common for control transformers, PLC power feeds, and auxiliary panel distribution where the line voltage is below the usual 230/400 V. Series fuse maximum permissible is 63 A — typical for a backup fuse ahead of the RCCB. IP20 with connected conductors in an enclosed distribution board.
Silicon-free construction and the ability to install supplementary devices — such as auxiliary switches or shunt trips — are useful for panel builders who need to avoid silicone outgassing in contactor or relay environments.
Integration into a 24 VDC panel environment
For a 24 VAC control circuit — often fed from a 100 VA transformer — this RCCB provides ground-fault protection downstream of the transformer secondary. Operating temperature range -25 to +45 °C covers indoor panel environments; storage down to -40 °C allows winter transport without damage. Overvoltage category III (distribution level) confirms it is rated for the fixed-installation side of the supply.
