The Siemens 5SV9316-1PK32 is a SENTRON RCBO — a combined RCD and MCB in one 18 mm wide module, protecting a single-phase final circuit against overload, short-circuit, and earth leakage.
Single modular-width unit (18 mm) snaps onto standard DIN rail. Depth is 77 mm, installation depth 70 mm — fits flush in most 80 mm deep enclosures. Supply feeds from below; any mounting position allowed. IP20 only once the distribution board is installed and conductors connected, so it's not a standalone outdoor device.
Thermal derating and environment
Rated 32 A at 30 °C, but derates to 30.4 A at 40 °C, 29.44 A at 45 °C, 28.8 A at 50 °C, and 27.84 A at 55 °C. If your panel runs warm, size the upstream breaker accordingly.
