Temperature derating — the real-world rating
The 25 A rating holds at 35 °C ambient. Above that, the breaker must be derated: 23.48 A at 40 °C, 22.68 A at 45 °C, 21.85 A at 50 °C, 21 A at 55 °C, and 20.1 A at 60 °C. If your panel runs hot — say 50 °C inside the enclosure — the continuous load on this breaker should not exceed 21.85 A. The full temperature range is -40 °C to 75 °C, covering cold storage and hot industrial environments.
Panel fit and mounting
Width is 18 mm — one modular unit on a standard DIN rail. Depth 76 mm, height 90 mm, installation depth 70 mm. Mounts in any position, fastens via the quick-assembly system (snap-on). IP20 with connected conductors; pollution degree 3 (conductive or dry non-conductive pollution). Combined terminal at top and bottom, touch protection included. Halogen-free and silicon-free construction.
