The 20 A rating is at 35 °C. At 40 °C it derates to 18.78 A, at 50 °C to 17.48 A, and at 60 °C to 16.08 A. The higher IEC figure matters when the breaker is used as a branch-circuit protective device per IEC 60947-2, not just a household-style MCB per EN 60898.

Both are 2-pole SENTRON MCBs on the same DIN-rail footprint (2 MW / 36 mm width). The 5SY4220-7KK11 is a C20 (20 A, C-curve); the 5SY7210-7CC is a different rating. If the panel was wired for a 2-pole C-curve MCB at the same or higher ampacity, it will physically fit and terminate the same way. Verify the ampacity matches your load — if the original was a lower rating, the 20 A may be oversized for the wire gauge.
