Panel fit and wire range
The Siemens SENTRON 5SY4232-7CC11 is a 2-pole miniature circuit breaker rated 32 A at 400 V AC, C characteristic, with a 10 kA breaking capacity per EN 60898. The 36 mm width (2 width units) and 76 mm depth fit standard DIN-rail enclosures; the 70 mm installation depth leaves room behind the gland plate. Accepts solid or stranded conductors from 0.75 to 35 mm² — covers most branch-circuit feeds up to 32 A without needing a reducer.
Halogen-free and silicon-free construction suits rail, marine, and clean-air applications. Ambient temperature range -40 to +70 °C; storage range -40 to +75 °C. Touch protection is fitted. Sealable terminals allow tamper-proofing after commissioning.
