Rated breaking capacity is 10 kA per EN 60898 at 400 V AC, and 5 kA per UL 1077 / CSA C22.2 No. 235, so it's accepted on both sides of the Atlantic.
Terminal design is combined top and bottom — line and load can land on either end, which saves a few minutes when you're wiring a multi-pole feed.
The 4 A rating governs the continuous load — don't exceed it on any one pole. The D tripping curve (10× to 20× In magnetic trip) is the key spec for motor circuits: a standard C-curve would nuisance-trip on a 4 A motor's start surge, but a D-curve holds. Mechanical endurance is 10 000 switching cycles typical, which is fine for a panel that sees a few operations a day.
