B-curve and breaking capacity
The 5SY4363-6CC: B-curve (3–5× In) trips fast on short-circuit but tolerates moderate inrush — typical for resistive and lighting loads, or short cable runs where no motor-starting surge exists. Under UL 1077 / CSA C22.2 No. 235 the interrupting rating is 5 kA. Operating voltage is 400 V AC nominal, with a maximum of 440 V in multi-phase or single-phase operation. DC-side rating tops out at 72 V. The breaker handles 50/60 Hz supply frequency.
Sealable enclosure option is built in. Halogen-free and silicon-free construction. Vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-6: ±1 mm at 5–25 Hz, 50 m/s² at 25–150 Hz. Mechanical service life 10,000 operating cycles typical.
Operating conditions and power loss
Humidity derating: max 95% RH up to 55 °C, 55% RH up to 70 °C, 35% RH up to 75 °C.
Accessories and compliance
Neutral conductor switching is not integrated — use a separate 4-pole breaker or neutral bar for TN systems. Energy limitation class 3.
