If your panel ambient runs 50 °C, that 2 A breaker is good for 1.75 A continuous — size up if the load is near the nameplate. The C curve means magnetic trip at 5–10× In (10–20 A), so it's suited for motor or transformer inrush where a B curve would nuisance-trip.
