Current derating and thermal environment
Rated current is not a single number; it depends on ambient temperature inside the enclosure. At 40 °C the breaker carries 18.64 A, dropping to 17.92 A at 45 °C, 17.16 A at 50 °C, and 16.38 A at 55 °C. The surrounding humidity limits are also temperature-dependent: max 95% RH up to 55 °C, 55% RH up to 70 °C, and 35% RH up to 75 °C.
Mounting position is unrestricted — vertical, horizontal, inverted — so it fits tight gland plates or swing frames. The quick-assembly fastening system snaps onto the rail without tools.
Environmental and compliance profile
Halogen-free and silicon-free construction makes it suitable for clean-room, food-and-bev, or semiconductor-adjacent installations where outgassing must be minimised. IP20 with connected conductors — protected against fingers but not water ingress; install inside a sealed enclosure for wet environments. Vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-6: ±1 mm at 5 to 25 Hz, 50 m/s² at 25 to 150 Hz, so it holds up on machinery with moderate vibration.
