DC-rated MCB for 440 V circuits
Two poles, C-curve trip characteristic, 4 A rated current.
The C-curve (tripping characteristic class C) means the magnetic trip activates at 5 to 10 times rated current — so this 4 A breaker trips magnetically between 20 A and 40 A. The 2-pole design (2P) switches both conductors but does not switch the neutral — polarity must be observed when wiring, as noted in the position of power supply cord specification. It's rated per IEC 60947-2, the standard for industrial circuit breakers — not the residential EN 60898. That matters when a panel spec calls for industrial-grade SCCR documentation. The 440 V DC rating covers most common DC bus voltages in motor drives and UPS systems.
Snaps onto standard 35 mm DIN rail via the quick assembly system — 2 modular width units (36 mm wide), 76 mm deep, 90 mm tall. Mounts in any position. Supplementary devices like auxiliary switches, shunt trips, or alarm contacts can be installed on the side — the product extension slot is available.
