4-pole C-curve MCB for DC circuits
It is designed for DC applications up to 1 000 V and delivers a 10 kA breaking capacity per IEC 60947-2 at 880 V DC. The four poles switch all conductors simultaneously, with no neutral switching — polarity must be observed on supply connection.
Temperature derating matters in a sealed panel
The 3 A rating holds at 35 °C; at 40 °C it derates to 2.8 A, at 45 °C to 2.69 A, at 50 °C to 2.57 A, and at 55 °C to 2.46 A. In a sealed enclosure or high-ambient machine cabinet, use the 40 °C or 50 °C column for sizing — the breaker will trip earlier if the ambient exceeds the rating point. The surrounding temperature influence curve is specified up to 75 °C with humidity constraints (95 % RH to 55 °C, tapering to 35 % RH at 75 °C).
The quick-assembly system snaps onto the rail in any mounting position. IP20 protection applies only with connected conductors — the terminals are touch-protected per the product feature. Combined top and bottom terminals simplify daisy-chaining in a distribution board.
