The 5SY6013-7CC: The 13 A rating at 30 °C is the headline figure for branch-circuit protection. But note the derating: at 40 °C it drops to 12.35 A, and at 45 °C to 12.09 A. If your panel ambient runs warm — say, above 40 °C — the effective continuous current is lower than the nominal 13 A. The C-curve means the magnetic trip is set to 5–10× In, so it handles motor inrush or transformer energization without nuisance tripping, but still clears a hard short fast. The 6 kA breaking capacity is per EN 60898, which is the residential and commercial standard; for industrial installations requiring IEC 60947-2 ratings, check the SCCR coordination with the upstream device.
DIN-rail fit and panel integration
At 18 mm width it occupies one modular unit, so it fits a standard 18 mm-per-pole distribution board slot. Touch protection is built in.
Rated insulation voltage is 250 V AC, with a maximum operating voltage of 250 V AC in single-phase operation.
