The 1+N-pole configuration with neutral on the left (N left) switches both phase and neutral, but only the phase pole provides overcurrent protection; the neutral pole is a switched neutral, not a protected pole.
The 1 MW marking on the label indicates the switching capacity for the neutral pole under fault conditions — it is rated for the same 6 kA as the phase pole, so the assembly is coordinated for full short-circuit performance. The N-left orientation means the neutral busbar connects on the left side of the device; verify the busbar arrangement in the distribution board before installing, as a right-side neutral busbar would require a different variant.
