At 400 V AC, it interrupts fault currents up to 6 kA per EN 60898 (the standard for household and similar installations) and up to 30 kA per IEC 60947-2 (the industrial standard for switchgear and controlgear). That 30 kA SCCR gives you selectivity headroom in a distribution panel with high available fault current. On DC circuits, the interrupting capacity is 15 kA per IEC 60947-2 up to 72 V. For UL 1077 / CSA C22.2 No.235 applications, it carries a 5 kA rating at AC.
Combined top and bottom terminals simplify daisy-chaining busbars or looping through. The breaker is sealable, halogen-free, and silicon-free — important for environments where outgassing can contaminate contacts or optics.
