If your service entrance has a higher prospective fault current, you'll need a current-limiting upstream breaker or a higher-rated device. Temperature derating is real: at 40 °C the continuous rating drops to 9.4 A, at 50 °C to 8.76 A, and at 55 °C to 8.42 A. IP20 with connected conductors — fine inside a closed cabinet, not for wet or outdoor locations without an enclosure.
