What this MCB does in the panel
It protects final circuits against overload and short-circuit in residential, commercial, and industrial distribution boards. The higher 60947-2 rating gives headroom for industrial panels where fault current may exceed the domestic standard. UL1077 listing extends acceptance in North American control-panel applications.
Mounting and fit
Accepts combined top and bottom terminals. Mount in any position; IP20 with conductors connected. Pollution degree 3, overvoltage category III — suitable for standard distribution panels and industrial enclosures.
Temperature derating and environment
Rated 16 A at 35 °C ambient. Derates to 15.23 A at 40 °C, 14.83 A at 45 °C, 14.43 A at 50 °C, and 14 A at 55 °C. Halogen-free and silicon-free construction. Sealable for tamper-proof installations.
