What this MCB does in the panel
It switches both phase and neutral, with the neutral pole switching but not protected — a common configuration for single-phase sub-circuits where you want a single-width disconnect on the neutral without an overcurrent element. For a conveyor zone-control panel feeding solenoid valves and photoeyes, B-curve avoids nuisance trips on small transformer inrush while still clearing a hard short fast. The 15 kA rating at 230 V AC gives headroom on most 400/230 V distribution boards — you can place this downstream of a transformer or upstream in a sub-panel without worrying about the interrupting rating being the weak link in the coordination study.
Occupies 2 modular width units (36 mm) on a standard DIN rail, with a depth of 76 mm and an installation depth of 70 mm — the extra 6 mm accounts for the terminal screws protruding past the rail. Height is 90 mm. The quick-assembly fastening method means it snaps onto the rail without tools and clips off with a screwdriver slot — no captive screws to lose during panel build. Sealable so the panel builder can lock the toggle position with a wire seal or padlock hasp for lockout/tagout compliance.
Dual-certified to IEC 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 / UL 1077 — covers both the European installation standard and the North American supplementary-protector standard. Halogen-free and silicon-free. Vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-6: ±1 mm at 5–25 Hz, 50 m/s² at 25–150 Hz — survives the shake of a conveyor drive or compressor skid.
