At 20 A it handles most branch circuits feeding a single motor up to about 7.5 kW or a group of smaller loads. The thermal derating table is honest: at 40 °C ambient the breaker is good for 19.04 A, at 50 °C it drops to 18.04 A. The IP20 rating (with conductors connected) is typical for a DIN-rail device inside a closed cabinet; no special sealing gaskets needed.
Physical fit and wiring notes
Depth is 76 mm (installation depth 70 mm), width 72 mm (4 MW), height 90 mm. The combined terminal at top and bottom accepts the incoming and outgoing conductors on the same side — useful when busbar-fed from above and cabled out below. The breaker is sealable, halogen-free, and silicon-free — relevant for clean-room or food-bev lines where outgassing or contamination is a concern.
