The D-curve means it tolerates high inrush currents — typically motor, transformer, or welding loads — without nuisance tripping on startup. At 40 °C the continuous rating derates to 1.9 A, at 50 °C to 1.8 A, and at 60 °C to 1.7 A; if the panel runs hot, size up accordingly. Breaking capacity is 15 kA per EN 60898 and 50 kA per IEC 60947-2, so it handles substantial fault currents in industrial distribution. The 36 mm width (2 modular units) snaps onto standard DIN rail, and the quick-assembly fastening method means it clips in without tools.
