The 1P+N design (2 poles total) switches the line and provides a switched neutral, which matters when you need to isolate the neutral for maintenance or if local code demands it. It occupies 2 modular width units (36 mm) on the DIN rail, with a depth of 76 mm and an installation depth of 70 mm — fits standard 80 mm deep enclosures without the gland plate hitting the backplane. But watch the temperature derating curve: at 40 °C it's still 7.51 A, at 50 °C it drops to 6.99 A, and at 60 °C you're down to 6.43 A.
DIN-rail fit and mounting
Mounting position is any — vertical, horizontal, upside down; the thermal-magnetic trip works the same. The supply cord position is also any, which simplifies busbar routing in a multi-breaker row. Sealable — you can lock the toggle in the off position with a standard padlock hasp for lockout/tagout. Touch protection is built into the terminals, so live parts aren't exposed when conductors are connected. Halogen-free and silicon-free construction means no corrosive off-gassing if the breaker arcs internally, which matters in sealed enclosures with sensitive electronics.
