It breaks up to 70 kA at AC per IEC 60947-2 and 15 kA at DC per the same standard, with a UL 1077 / CSA C22.2 No. 235 interrupting rating of 5 kA.
D-curve and selectivity
The D tripping characteristic means this breaker holds through inrush up to 10–20× rated current before tripping magnetically. That suits loads with high starting surges — small transformers, solenoid banks, motor starters with contactor coils. For a 1 A rated device, expect the magnetic trip to pick up around 10–20 A instantaneous. Neutral conductor switching is built in (3P+N), so the neutral pole opens and closes with the phases. That matters for TN-S or TN-C-S systems where you want the neutral isolated during maintenance. The breaker is sealable, which lets a panel builder or inspector lock the toggle position after commissioning.
The 72 mm width corresponds to 4 modular units (18 mm per pole). Mounting position any, so you can orient it vertically or horizontally in a shallow enclosure. Rated for ambient temperatures from -40 °C to 75 °C, with derating above 45 °C: at 50 °C it carries 0.98 A, at 55 °C it carries 0.95 A.
