What the ratings mean for fit
The 5TT5701-2: The 20 A rating at 230/400 V AC covers resistive and moderate inductive loads — think lighting banks, small heaters, or contactor coils in a panel. The 24 V AC coil is common in building automation and HVAC control circuits; verify your control transformer supplies AC, not DC, because the coil impedance is tuned for AC and a DC supply will draw locked-rotor current and fail. The 1 NO + 1 NC contact set gives you one make and one break — enough for a single load with a status feedback, but not for reversing or star-delta.
Panel integration
Snap-on DIN rail mount, standard 35 mm profile. The INSTA form factor is compact — roughly 2 module widths — so it fits in a distribution board or sub-panel without crowding adjacent breakers. Spring-cage terminals accept 0.5–4 mm² solid or stranded; strip 8 mm and push in with a screwdriver.
Sourcing and lifecycle
Lifecycle stage is current. The part is sourced to order against an RFQ through independent distribution; availability and current pricing are confirmed at quote time.
