Siemens SENTRON 5TT5751-0 Insta Contactor
The Siemens SENTRON 5TT5751-0 is an insta contactor with a contact configuration of 3 normally open and 1 normally closed contacts, rated for an operating current of 63 A. The coil is designed for 230 V AC or 220 V DC operation, making it suitable for switching resistive and moderate inductive loads in distribution panels. Rated for a maximum voltage of 440 V, this contactor handles line-to-line or line-to-neutral switching in common 230/400 V AC networks.
The 63 A rated operating current (at AC) is the continuous current the main contacts can carry under normal load. For motor starting or lamp loads, the switching capacity for filament lamp loads is listed at 5 000 W, so this contactor can switch incandescent lighting banks up to that wattage without welding the contacts. The coil accepts both 230 V AC and 220 V DC, which is useful in panels where the control voltage may be either. The DC rating covers 220 V DC, common in some industrial and railway auxiliary circuits. The 3 NO + 1 NC contact arrangement gives three independent make contacts and one break contact, enough for a three-phase load plus a status feedback or interlock.
