Signal module for S7-1200 systems
The 6AG1052-1FB00-2BA6: The onboard display shows runtime diagnostics and status, but note its behavior at temperature extremes: dim below 0 °C and dark above +55 °C. This is a physical LCD response that reverses when the module returns to the normal 0…55 °C range. For UL-listed installations, the maximum ambient is derated to 55 °C (file E120869).
Relay output current and derating
Each relay output is rated 10 A resistive at or below 55 °C; above that temperature, the continuous per-relay limit drops to 1 A. Short infrequent loads (under 15 s) can draw 3 A per relay even above 55 °C — useful for momentary valve or solenoid actuation. Always fuse externally; the module has no built-in short-circuit protection.
