SIPLUS variant with conformal coating
The 6AG1052-1MD00-2BA7 is the SIPLUS version of the standard LOGO! 12/24RCE (6ED1052-1MD00-0BA7), with conformal coating applied to the PCB for operation in condensing-humidity environments. The coating protects against moisture, dust, and chemical vapors — a common requirement in food-and-bev, wastewater, or cold-storage lines where the standard unit would risk tracking failures. The upper limit is 10 K higher than the standard LOGO! 12/24RCE, which tops out at +55 °C — a meaningful margin for enclosures near ovens, compressors, or solar-exposed panels.
I/O complement and relay derating
Eight digital inputs, four of which can be configured as 0–10 V analog inputs, give this module mixed-signal capability without an expansion module. The four relay outputs are rated 10 A resistive max, but the continuous load per relay depends on ambient temperature and how many outputs are active simultaneously: 9 A per relay when all four are on at +55 °C to +60 °C, dropping to 1 A per relay above +60 °C. At half the outputs, the per-relay limit rises to 3 A above +60 °C. The relay outputs are not short-circuit protected — external fusing is required on each output circuit. For inductive loads (contactors, solenoid valves), the max switching capacity is 3 A per relay.
Panel fit and power supply
The 90 mm × 55 mm (H × D) footprint leaves room alongside terminal blocks or a small power supply in a 400 mm × 300 mm enclosure. Supply voltage range is 10.8–28.8 V DC, covering both nominal 12 V and 24 V DC buses with the 480-hour power reserve holding the program and real-time clock through a supply interruption. IP20 rated — intended for a clean, dry enclosure.
