Field-mount logic module with extended thermal range and conformal coating
The 6AG1052-1MD08-7BA1 is a SIPLUS variant of the standard LOGO! 12/24RCE, built on the 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1 platform with conformal coating for wet or oily environments. It handles supply voltages from 10.8 to 28.8 V DC and provides 8 digital inputs — four of which can serve as analog 0–10 V inputs — plus 4 relay outputs rated 10 A resistive or 3 A inductive. Memory capacity is 400 function blocks; a microSD card (LOGO! Soft Comfort V8.3 or higher) is standard for program storage and data logging. The integrated Ethernet port supports web server, data log, and cloud connection. Temperature range extends from -40 to +70 °C ambient, with cold start down to -20 °C (condensation/frost allowed, but no commissioning under condensation). Expect display readability to degrade outside 0…+55 °C — it returns to normal once back within that window. Conformal coating resists coolants, lubricants, diesel, and oil droplets. Includes Type 1 fouling protection and EN55011 Class B for residential emission.
Mounting and wiring constraints
Mounts on 35 mm DIN rail; occupies 4 spacing units (71.5 mm wide). Height is 90 mm, depth 60 mm. Relay outputs lack internal short-circuit protection — external fusing is mandatory. For inductive loads, fit a free-wheel diode across the coil; the 3 A inductive rating assumes adequate suppression. Power supply reserve of 480 hours holds the program and real-time clock during line drop — no battery, but the output states are lost. If you need outputs to hold state, add a UPS.
