Conformal-coated LOGO! for extended temperature duty
The 6AG1052-2FB00-2BA6: Under UL/cUL use the maximum is derated to 55 °C. That coating and the wide thermal range make it a fit for unheated enclosures, cold stores, or outdoor cabinets where condensation is a risk.
8 inputs, 4 relay outputs — relay ratings matter above 55 °C
The module carries 8 digital inputs and 4 relay outputs. With resistive loads each relay is rated 10 A below 55 °C; above that it drops to 3 A continuous, and for surges under 15 s it can handle 10 A again. Inductive loads are limited to 3 A per relay, derated to 1 A above 55 °C. If your load bank runs hot, budget the derating — the relay contacts are the thermal bottleneck, not the logic. Supply flexibility covers 115 V and 230 V, both AC and DC, with a permissible DC range of 100 V to 253 V. The 80-hour power reserve holds the program and retentive data through a mains dropout. External fusing is required — there is no built-in short-circuit protection.
DIN rail footprint and approvals
The IP20 enclosure means it belongs inside a panel or junction box — not in a washdown zone. UL recognition is on file (File E120869) with the 55 °C ceiling; the module also carries VDE 0631 and IEC 61131 compliance. No FM, CSA, or marine approvals.
