It mounts to the LOGO! base module via two Ethernet ports and provides a 6-line FSTN display with 24 characters per line and three switchable background colors. Power can be fed from either 12 V DC or 12/24 V AC/DC, making it straightforward to integrate into existing control cabinets regardless of supply architecture.
Environmental and installation notes
The front bezel carries an IP65 rating, so the display can be panel-mounted in washdown zones or dusty areas without an additional cover. Full operating temperature is -40 °C to 70 °C, but cold restart requires a minimum 0 °C ambient — plan the commissioning sequence to let the enclosure warm up before the first power-on in freezing conditions. The device is also resistant to commercially available coolants and lubricants, including diesel and oil droplets, which matters for machine-tool or engine-test environments. At altitude, derate per the barometric-pressure table: up to 2 000 m at full temperature range, then reduce the max temperature by 10 K up to 3 500 m and by 20 K up to 5 000 m. The unit dissipates 1.8 W typ — negligible thermal load for a standard metal enclosure.
