Integrator note
The 6AG1131-6BF00-7BA0: 8 digital inputs at 24 V DC with a permissible range down to 19.2 V DC, parameterizable input delay from 0.05 to 20 ms plus line-length jitter (30–500 µs). Isochronous mode and a maximum jitter of 100 µs let you sync data with motion axes or fast logic. Each input draws a typical 2.5 mA at 24 V; thresholds are –30 to +5 V for signal '0', +11 to +30 V for signal '1'.
Panel fit and thermal derating
Width 15 mm, depth 58 mm, height 73 mm — sits on an S7-1500 rail, one slot wide. Horizontal installation range is –40 to +70 °C; above +60 °C the number of simultaneously controllable inputs drops from 8 to 6. Vertical installation max is 50 °C. Startup at –25 °C. Power loss is 1 W typ, current consumption 50 mA max.
